Decoupage and Faux Painting Mixed Media Workshop: Transform the Everyday

Join us for a creative, hands-on mixed media workshop where you’ll reimagine a piece of furniture or a household item into a unique work of art!

Using a variety of materials—such as decorative papers, photographs, magazine clippings, fabric, and personal memorabilia—you’ll learn how to layer textures, tell stories, and bring new life to ordinary objects.

No prior experience is needed—just bring your creativity (and any meaningful items you’d like to incorporate).

 What to expect:

• Step-by-step guidance on mixed media techniques
• Tips for composition, layering, and sealing your piece
• A relaxed, supportive creative environment

 What to bring:

• A small piece of furniture or household item (frame, box, tray, etc.)
• Optional: personal papers, photos, or memorabilia

 What you’ll leave with:

• A fully finished, one-of-a-kind mixed media creation
• New skills and inspiration to continue creating at home
