Session 3: April 8, 15, 22, 29 // Session 4: May 6, 13 (no 20), 27, June 3
Time: 3:00PM - 6:00PM
Location: The Pottery Studio
Fee: $270 (4 classes/12 hours), includes materials fee (clay, glazes, firing)​

*June - August sessions switch to 2 hour classes*

Session 5: June 10, 17, 24, July 1 // Session 6: July 8, 15, 22, 29 // August 12, 19, 26, September 2

Fee: $190 (4 classes/8 hours), includes materials fee (clay, glazes, firing)​
Attendees bring their own aprons and clean up towels.

Hand Building is a style of pottery that uses coiling, pinching and slab rolling to create anything your mind can imagine. Unlike wheel thrown pottery, it is not limited to a cylindrical form, so shapes like rectangles, cubes, triangles, ovals, and (yes) cylinders are all possible.

Students of all experience levels (including complete beginners) are welcome. Students will be encouraged to work at their own pace on projects of their choosing, all under an instructor's guidance.
