Enameling: Glass on Metal with Lucinda Sheldon
Day: Tuesdays
Dates: October 5, 12, 19, 26
Time: 10:00AM - 1:00PM
Location: Jewelry Studio
Fee: $75 per class, includes basic materials (additional copper and silver pieces available for purchase ranging from $10-$30).
Come try your hand at enameling, an ancient art form applying powdered glass to metal and firing it to fusing in a kiln or with a torch. Explore the techniques of sifting, stenciling, stamping, scaffito, cloisonne and more. Each week learn something new and create your own one of a kind piece of artwork from jewelry to art pieces.
Classes can be signed up one at a time but the more classes the more to learn.
