Solder & Bezel Set a Sea Glass Charm or Pendant with Cecilia Minnehan
Day: Tuesdays
Dates: December 3rd and 10th
Time: 9:00AM - 1:00PM
Fee: $110.00, all class materials included.  Minimum age 14.

In one 4-hour class you will create and complete a beautiful custom sterling charm or pendant from our collection of colorful beach glass pieces appropriate for a beginner level. (Must have completed the 5-week soldering 101 class If you wish to use your own beach glass piece).
Metalsmithing skills covered in this class:

• Soldering safety and how to light up a torch.
• Soldering
• Forming a bezel
• Setting a beach glass in your hand made bezel
• Proper use of a flexible shaft
• Polishing options 

Dress code!
For safety reasons we ask everyone to comply with the dress code policy in the Metals Department: Closed-toe footwear (no sandals), pants/shorts must go below the knee, long hair must be pulled back from the face and secured. Wear a headband or a hat if your hair can’t be tied back. ​
