This workshop is for writers, bloggers, and creatives who are thinking about starting a newsletter (or have recently launched one) and want to grow an engaged audience. You’ll learn how to build trust with readers, develop sustainable habits, and move toward a paid model at your own pace.

Topics include:
● Defining your niche and building trust with early readers
● Drafting welcome emails, footers, headers, and subscriber buttons that convert
● Setting up referral programs and Substack recommendations
● Using social media and SEO to attract new readers without burning out
● Formatting posts for long-term visibility and searchability
● Live questions and hands-on troubleshooting

Participants will leave with a clear roadmap, ready-to-use ideas, and strategies they can apply immediately.
